| Shipping And Handling OUR DELIVERY CHARGES Our standard delivery charges are as follows: Orders under £75.00 excluding vat - £4.95 + vat Orders over £75.00 excluding vat - Free delivery DELIVERY LOCATIONS Standard delivery charges apply to all of mainland UK except for the Isles of Man, Wight & Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles and Scottish Highland & Island postcodes PH10-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. For deliveries to these locations our standard charges may not apply and we reserve the right to charge a higher rate if necessary. We will contact you to advise you of an additional charge for delivery. At present we do not deliver outside the UK. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days provided that all items are in stock. If any items are out of stock when we receive your order we may despatch part of the order with the remaining goods to follow. In the event of a delay in sending you your order we will contact you to let you know. Small or light items are sent by Royal Mail, heavier parcels will be sent out by carrier and will be delivered during week between Monday - Friday, a signature is needed parcels delivered by carrier. | Returns Policy All of our products have been selected for their quality and value and should reach you in perfect condition. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with our products please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue for you. If a product is damaged or faulty we will refund the full cost or replace the item free of charge and we will collect the faulty items at our expense if appropriate. If you are not happy with a product and wish to return it we will refund your payment or exchange the product provided the returned goods are unused, in a saleable condition and with their original packaging and labels. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost if an item is to be returned unless it is faulty. You must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery if you wish to return any item except in the case where a product proves to be faulty. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised clothing unless it is faulty. To return items to us, please contact us for a Returns Form. All returns must have a completed returns form.
