|Making A Purchase Buying online could not be easier, just browse our online shop and add any items that you wish to buy to your basket, after you have finished choosing your items just click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to complete a few details in order for us to process your order.|

Even though our online ordering system is very secure we understand that some customers may prefer not to order online so we can also take card payments over the telephone or, if you prefer you can send us a cheque in the post with your order details. When you place an order via our website we will consider this as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched, simply contact us by email to let us know. If the item has already been despatched then please follow our returns policy.
We are not able to accept any cancellations of orders or returns of products that have been personalised in any way. Please ensure that the details are correct when placing your order for personalised garments. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our returns policy.
Please note that special offers on our website may not be available at our shop, please contact us to check for in store offers before making a special trip.

|Shipping And Handling OUR DELIVERY CHARGES|
Our standard delivery charges are as follows:
Orders under £75.00 excluding vat - £4.95 + vat
Orders over £75.00 excluding vat - Free delivery
Standard delivery charges apply to all of mainland UK except for the Isles of Man, Wight & Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles and Scottish Highland & Island postcodes PH10-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. For deliveries to these locations our standard charges may not apply and we reserve the right to charge a higher rate if necessary. We will contact you to advise you of an additional charge for delivery.
At present we do not deliver outside the UK.
|Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days provided that all items are in stock. If any items are out of stock when we receive your order we may despatch part of the order with the remaining goods to follow. In the event of a delay in sending you your order we will contact you to let you know.|
Small or light items are sent by Royal Mail, heavier parcels will be sent out by carrier and will be delivered during week between Monday - Friday, a signature is needed parcels delivered by carrier. |Returns Policy All of our products have been selected for their quality and value and should reach you in perfect condition. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with our products please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue for you. If a product is damaged or faulty we will refund the full cost or replace the item free of charge and we will collect the faulty items at our expense if appropriate.|
If you are not happy with a product and wish to return it we will refund your payment or exchange the product provided the returned goods are unused, in a saleable condition and with their original packaging and labels. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost if an item is to be returned unless it is faulty. You must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery if you wish to return any item except in the case where a product proves to be faulty. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised clothing unless it is faulty.

All returns must have a completed returns form. Refund payments will be credited to the card or method used for the original transaction. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
